Our Story

Norm’s is a straight-up, no-frills pizza parlor. Heavy on the nostalgia and low on the BS, this is classic Brooklyn pizza for the people. We use only the highest quality ingredients, and we utilize the centuries-old technique of natural leavening to make our dough. Our menu is simple but precise; at Norm’s there’s a slice for you.

We’re trying to bring the highest quality pizza to as many people as we possibly can. Our first store opened in 2019 in Downtown Brooklyn—the crossroads of our favorite type of customer: EVERYONE.

Our second store is located in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. This area is home to some legendary pizzerias like Luigi’s and Giuseppina’s. Here we hope to continue earning our place among the great names in New York’s ongoing pizza Renaissance.

As we like to say, Long Live the Classic Slice.

The Dream Team

From the team behind Upside Pizza, Norm’s is a back-to-basics slice shop bringing simple but meticulously crafted pies to Downtown Brooklyn.

Founders Noam Grossman, Eli & Oren Halali joined forces with industry veteran and Operating Partner, Rosario Viggiano in 2019. Together, the Norm’s team has put together the most sensational crew of pizza makers, cashiers, and cooks in all of New York City.

Finally, International Pizza Czar, Anthony Falco pitched in his expertise early in Norm’s development, to help this group create the penultimate New York Slice.

OUR PIES

Our pies are 100% naturally leavened with sourdough starter, baked in high-temperature electric ovens from Sweden, and topped with carefully-sourced and house-made sauces, veggies, and meats. If you haven’t yet, you NEED to try Norm’s Famous Vodka Sauce.
